- As a Hosted Buyer delegate you will have your own meeting desk and your personal meetings schedule. Suppliers move around according to their schedule of appointments.

- We provide you with an event directory featuring all the suppliers’ professional profile with useful information for your meetings.

Furthermore we give you the choice to be revealed the authentic spirit of the host destination by registering for a previous famtrip program offered by the local Convention Bureau. You will be able to experience first-hand and gain a deeper knowledge of the destination’s best venues and facilities to hold your next events.
To qualify for our Forums you have to be a decision maker in your agency, company or association with relevant MICE business for the Iberian destinations. Places are limited and by invitation only. You will have to fill in the questionnaire about your activity in our registration form. Our team will evaluate it before accepting or refusing your application.
Should you qualify for the Event and your application be accepted, Iberian MICE Forums will cover your scheduled flights and the costs of accommodation, all lunches, dinners and activities of the official Forum program. A fee for the Fam Trip may apply.
